University Village Apartments
The models are the best they have; all the other apartments are second-rate at best. • Since I was there there was 3 new “Community Directors” and new property maintenance people. Not even the employees are staying around this mess. • The day I was moving in, the movers I hired were carrying in my couch when the second concrete step from the top simply broke. It came loose from half on the brackets it had keeping it together. The very first call I made was to emergency maintenance.
