As it mentions, the customer service is not good. I had to jump through hoops to get refunded and end the service. I’m glad to see that other people are complaining about the customer service of this place too. I’ve never had such a hard time dealing with a company before. None of my questions were ever answered and I got off the phone even more frustrated than before. I had to my son come over and figure things out for me and to deal with these people.
